This thing, The Young Christian, is technically a blog, but it is just me thinking out loud (or typing out loud I should say).
I am not a writer, nor a pastor, I am just a young Christian dude trying my best to walk by faith and not by sight. I am a great sinner, saved by an even greater grace. I believe Jesus is the one and only begotten son of God. I believe that He was nailed to the cross bearing my sins and was raised to life three days later conquering death once and for all, paving the way to salvation for all that would believe in Him. I am unworthy and undeserving and I owe all to Him who ransomed me.
My greatest goal in life is to serve God with all my heart and soul and to one day hear "Well done, good and faithful servant." I don't know if this blog will ever amount to anything, but even if it helps only one person, it will all be worth it. In truth, this blog is as much for me as it is for anyone who reads it, and I hope reading it encourages you as much as writing it encourages me. Whether you are a new Christian seeking reassurance, a seasoned Christian seeking to rediscover, or a non-Christian just seeking answers, I pray that God will use these writings of mine to speak into your life and to light a flame that will last for eternity.
